Earlier this Fall a group of dedicated Vermont Masons attended the Dedication of the new Global War Memorial at the Vermont Veterans Cemetery in Randolph Center Vermont. The event was sponsored by the Vermont Veterans Affairs Office and the National Guard. Almost 500 spectators were in attendance. All veterans should visit this site which is directly outside the entrance to the cemetery and The Cemetery Welcome Building donated by Vermont Freemasons in 2009.

Santa's Annual Visit In Sharon
Once again for the 25th year in a row Santa made a visit to the Sharon Kindergarten. His reindeer were heard on the roof as he arrived with a bag full of gifts for the kids and a photo opportunity for the many parents who also attended. Christmas lists were collected and refreshments were enjoyed even by Santa before his departure. The Sharon Masons who sponsor this annual event have already promised his return visit in 2011. The next project for the kids on return from Christmas vacation will be to send off those many "thank you" notes that he always enjoys.
